Business and Administration Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business and Administration Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completion of Business Admin L6 Modern Apprenticeship Qualification
  • Understanding product ranges to be able to sell and upsell to existing and new customers
  • Providing first-class service to customers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Assisting with maintaining customer data and contact information
  • Liaising with suppliers on pricing and availability of products and services
  • Administration support for the wider team
  • General day-to-day office administrative tasks
