Job Description
As a Purchasing Administrator at Global Highland, you will be responsible for providing critical administrative support to our purchasing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient processing of purchasing tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Purchasing Manager and team in all procurement activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing messages, and updating supplier databases.
  • Verify product availability and quoted lead times to ensure timely deliveries and maintain system data compliant with company procedures.
  • Process purchase orders from initiation to completion, keeping track of order statuses.
  • Monitor stock movements and supply data to help buyers make informed decisions.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a purchasing or procurement environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and database management.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
