We are DYWICH, a dynamic organization seeking a talented Procurement and Estimating Assistant to join our team in Inverness.

Job Summary

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for procurement and estimating. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial activities.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for assisting with pre- and post-contract activities, including:

  1. Collecting and registering tender information
  2. Issuing material and subcontract enquiries
  3. Liaising with our supply chain partners
  4. Comparing quotes
  5. Preparing estimates
  6. Preparing material and subcontract orders
  7. Liaising and assisting the Operations and Commercial Team throughout the project.

You will work closely with our experienced teams to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, which is reflective of the national average for this role in Inverness.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need to have strong communication skills, basic IT skills, and a solid understanding of maths and English. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines.
