Construction Procurement Specialist
Company Overview:We are a leading construction company, Europlan Group, seeking an experienced Construction Procurement Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have responsibility for direct reports and will be responsible for taking ultimate ownership of key projects within the cross-functional team structure. This will involve ensuring timely completion and delivery of projects from conception to completion.
- Progress project activities within the team, with full ownership of your own projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates on project status and actions required to mitigate operational issues.
- Negotiate best price and delivery with suppliers through benchmarking, cost interrogation, and negotiation.
- Maintain budgetary control over all projects within your field of responsibility, contributing significantly to the company's financial reporting system.
An estimated salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
