Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Construction Logistics Manager to oversee the logistical aspects of our construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Material Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment on construction sites, implementing systems for tracking inventory levels and reorder points.
  • Transportation Management: Arrange and manage the transportation of materials and equipment, optimizing routes for cost-efficiency and selecting appropriate modes of transportation.
  • Storage and Warehousing: Ensure the safe and secure storage of construction materials and equipment, setting up temporary on-site storage facilities or coordinating with off-site warehouses as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential logistical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, addressing issues such as theft, damage, and delays in material deliveries.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.
