Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Successfully managing the contract delivery team and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Managing and monitoring the delivery of specified contracts to strategic plans.
  • Providing regular reports on contract statuses, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contractual arrangements within large construction projects.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Location and Salary

This is a full-time, permanent role located in the North of Scotland. We are offering a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
