Principal Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Principal Construction Manager to join our team at Efficient Service Delivery in Scotland. As a key member of our Environment Business, you will be responsible for delivering water frameworks projects across various sites and locations.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing project delivery outputs, including programme management, financial control, health and safety, environmental performance, and progress monitoring. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure optimal utilization of direct labour resources.
A strong understanding of NEC contract conditions and commercial awareness is essential for this role. You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring compliance with current Health & Safety regulations, environmental legislation, and company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate good time management skills. They will also be comfortable reviewing options and making decisions to drive project success.

The successful candidate will possess:
