Construction Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Management Lead - Rail Sector to join our team at Europlan Group. As a key leader in our engineering and construction projects in the rail sector, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans and strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on project management best practices and tools.
- Mentor and coach junior staff members to develop their skills and expertise.
- 10+ years' experience in construction management within the rail industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Master's degree in Project Management or a related field (desired).
As a Construction Management Lead - Rail Sector at Europlan Group, you can expect a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
