About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Management Lead - Rail Sector to join our team at Europlan Group. As a key leader in our engineering and construction projects in the rail sector, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on project management best practices and tools.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in construction management within the rail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Project Management or a related field (desired).
