Construction Site Lead Engineer

As a Senior Construction Project Manager at Access Talent Group, you will be responsible for leading our construction site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Lead Engineer or Engineering Management Specialist to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
* Lead construction sites to achieve project delivery, maintaining health & safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.
* Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.
* Collaborate with Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Engineers, and Site staff, and participate in project handover and HSEQ Team coordination.
* Ensure HSE compliance, prepare HSE plans, and maintain quality control to avoid defects and maximize commercial performance.
* Control site labour and sub-contractors, and implement project plans, RAMS, and Waste Management Plans.
Requirements:
* Experience in construction site management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* CSCS Card required.
* SMSTS, SSSTS, or IOSH certification preferred.
* Good record-keeping skills and computer literacy required.
