Our client, a prominent Civil Engineering contractor in Scotland, is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor Lead to join their team. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on complex projects across Scotland.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000. As the lead supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Agent/Project Manager in the day-to-day running of the site and supervising operatives and sub-contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing employees and specialist contractors on site and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Coordinating with engineering staff, direct labour, and sub-contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS 5 day qualification, first aid training, and valid driving licence.
