Job Description: Site Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Site Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work on various high-profile projects across Scotland, including windfarms, substations, and cabling. As a Site Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise operatives and sub-contractors on site
* Assist the Site Agent/Project Manager in managing employees and specialist contractors
* Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date
* Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures as outlined in the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan, Quality Management Plan, and Environmental Management Plan

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
* Proven management/supervisory experience
* Knowledgeable in setting out
* Relevant qualifications in Engineering (e.g., HND, HNC, BEng Civil Engineering or industry equivalent)
* Experienced in dealing with engineering staff, direct labour, and sub-contractors
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and operatives at all levels
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
* Willingness to mentor and develop junior staff
* Valid CSCS card
* SMSTS 5-day certification
* First aid training (desirable)
* Valid driving licence

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
