Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering the strategic plans, objectives, and relationships necessary to ensure the successful operation of our business unit.
  • Providing construction expertise and support to development phase projects, while accountable and responsible for providing leadership and management to the team of experienced Construction Project Managers.
  • Owning the project Business Case through the construction phase of projects and ensuring decisions are taken in the best interests of the broader business, with health and safety as the primary factor.
Requirements

A highly competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus car/car allowance, performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing, and family.
