Procurement Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from initial receipt to submission and award.

You will work closely with senior management and contribute to high-impact decisions in a fast-evolving industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all tender estimates are accurate and optimised, and all inputs are approved and submitted on time.
  • Review and distribute ITT clarifications, bulletins, and responses, ensuring all deliverables are completed and approved as required.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth tender processes and alignment with management.
  • Authorise tender documents and support senior management with key decisions.
  • Track actions and facilitate review meetings to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Consolidate risk and qualifications input from technical teams.
  • Maintain tender records for management analysis and forecasting.
  • Hand over awarded project estimates to the cost control team for seamless execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a procurement or tendering role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.

Estimated Salary:£55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
