Job Description: Associate Director of Compensation and Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Compensation and Benefits to join our team at Open Society Foundations. As a senior member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organizational goals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
