About the Role
KC Group is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to cover maternity leave for our client based in Wednesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic HR and Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Payroll: Assist in the timely and accurate processing of payroll using the HR Cloud system (Access Software), including starter/leaver data and other payroll-related changes.
- Reporting and Compliance: Support the production of HR and payroll reports as needed, ensuring compliance with statutory HR and payroll regulations.
- Customer Service: Serve as a key point of contact for payroll queries, delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the completion of month-end and year-end payroll procedures, applying continuous improvement practices to streamline payroll processes and enhance customer service.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1+ years of payroll experience, preferably with end-to-end payroll processing.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes, current legislation, and cloud-based HR and payroll systems, particularly Access HR and Payroll.
