**Job Description**:
**Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.**

**This is a hybrid working position with 2-3 days in the Wolverhampton office.**
- Streamline the on-boarding journey for new starters, ie. clarifying travel, compensation and training packages.
- Off board departing employees ie. check all company equipment returned to manager and administration of training costs and clawback process, if required.
- Liaise with HR to ensure Group annual data requirements and submissions are processed with the correct requirements.
- Track Company Car / Car allowance packages to ensure that the correct mileage rates are claimed.
- Central point of communication/tracking for all financial cost code changes.
- Administration for benefits such as but not limited to: Death in service claims, PMI scheme, cash plan, benefits portal, pension forms correspondence, and Cycle to work scheme approvals.
- Support the Payroll Manager/FD in the annual renewal of the PMI scheme, with a view to aligning existing schemes.
- Green car scheme project launch.
- Support Central HR team with** **holiday purchases/sell process.
- Support Expenses team with collation and review of BIK information and filing P11D’s.
- Reviewing claims for employee visas and immunisations.
- Approve orders of gift vouchers and reconciliation, including the PSA1 tax return.
- Audit of employees driving for work purposes and company car return process.
- Apprenticeship Levy administration and promote usage.
- Sponsorship licence administration and upkeep of scheme requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working in a similar environment, i.e., payroll/expenses and company benefits
- Knowledge of HMRC payroll legislation and salary sacrifice requirements
- Knowledge of expenses and benefit entitlements would be advantageous
- Computer literate
- Good attention to detail
- Self-sufficient and able to prioritise own work
- Can work to strict timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Confident with the ability to communicate and engage at all levels, verbally and in writing
- A desire to thrive in a role that requires a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude towards change
- Able to work in a secure and confidential environment
- Willing to offer occasional flexibility in your hours of work where necessary to meet deadlines
