We are a small accounts practice based in Wolverhampton looking to expand our team.

**Your role**
The responsibilities and requirements for the Payroll Administrator role that we are looking to fill are as follows:

- End to end preparation, calculation and delivery of our clients' payroll
- Calculation of PAYE, NIC and statutory payments
- Processing of pension auto enrolment
- Completing monthly payroll journals on behalf of clients
- Reconciliation of tax code notices
- Maintaining P11D benefit in kind records
- First point of contact for payroll related queries
- Calculation and filing of CIS returns

**Experience and Skills**:

- Proven payroll experience, ideally having some experience completing medium/large scale payrolls
- Experience using payroll and accounts software such as Sage Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of payroll legislation
- Able to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Working hours: 9am-5pm

Part time available dependent on experience

Holiday: 28 days including statutory bank holidays.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
