Payroll and Accounts Administrator

As a Payroll and Accounts Administrator at Austin Fraser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions. This role involves processing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, and responding to customer inquiries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor and process employee expense claims.
- Contribute to the development of financial reports and analysis.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll and accounts administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) + £1,200 annual attendance bonus.
