Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees while adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintaining employee records, including personal information, tax details, and payment history.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a payroll or accounting role, preferably within a similar industry.
  2. Strong analytical skills to manage data effectively and identify discrepancies or issues.
  3. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with employees and management.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an immediate start role on an ongoing basis, working in Wolverhampton for two days a week and three days at home.
