Wealth Management Team Administrator

A reputable financial services company is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Team Administrator to join its team. Based in the West Midlands area, this office-based role offers a competitive salary of £24,500 - £29,000 per annum, plus benefits including Performance Related Bonus, Pension, Private Healthcare, Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plan (Dental/Opticians etc), and 25 days holidays excluding bank holidays.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Advisors with business tasks and business processing, with a strong focus on client meetings. This includes making appointments, preparing and distributing client meeting packs, answering and logging all client calls, inputting CFR documents on Salesforce, processing fund switches / rebalances & withdrawals, preparing business submission documents, and liaising with the Paraplanning team.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the Wealth Management team.
  • Preparing and distributing client meeting packs.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.

This role would suit a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in Wealth Management.
