Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. This role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of a Dental clinic, ensuring efficient administrative and reception duties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage work without direct supervision on a day-to-day basis.
  • Plan and organize workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and update patients' records using a dental software system (R4+).
Requirements
  • Good standard of general education.
  • Business Administration Level 2 or above (desirable).
  • Experience in administration, customer service, and using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to travel between clinics and work out of different sites.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
