Job Title: Payroll Officer Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer Specialist to manage the payroll process due to high workload at Four Squared Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a payroll or accounting role, ideally within a similar industry, with strong data entry skills and excellent organisational skills. The salary for this position is £42,500 per annum.

About the Role:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, tax details, and payment history.
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies or issues and resolve them promptly.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and assist with audits as required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a payroll or accounting role, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

This is an immediate start role working two days a week in Wolverhampton and three days at home.
