This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join Four Squared Recruitment Ltd on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees while adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities
  1. Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  2. Maintain employee records, including personal information, tax details, and payment history.
  3. Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  4. Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies or issues and resolve them promptly.
  5. Generate payroll reports for management review and assist with audits as required.
  6. Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a payroll or accounting role, ideally within a similar industry.

Requirements
  1. Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  2. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
