About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Carrington West as an Interim Head of Leasehold and Income Services. You will have the chance to work with a high-performing team and make a real difference in the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Leasehold and Income Service, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
  • Lead rent and service charge setting processes, ensuring thorough Member sign-off and active resident engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with elected Members, senior managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Actively seek and implement customer feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Ensure services meet social housing legislation, regulation, and consumer standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience managing Local Authority Leasehold and Income Services.
  • Strong understanding of social housing legislation, consumer standards, and financial frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to resident engagement, equality, and diversity.
