This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our Repairs, Maintenance & Planned works team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the Council's housing stock.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, with experience working in the Housing sector. You will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of building contracts and the Party Wall Act
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and Building regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • MCIOB or MRICS qualification preferred but not required

Compensation:

£350-£400 per day (Inside IR35)
