Housing Surveyor Expert

We are seeking a skilled housing surveyor expert to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Senior Building Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Council's housing stock.

Key responsibilities include working to demanding performance standards, maintaining close control over budgets and health and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the housing sector and possess a thorough working knowledge of the Party Wall Act.

Essential Requirements:
  1. Expertise in building contracts
  2. Knowledge of repairs practice and planning
  3. Able to manage projects effectively
  4. Detailed understanding of structural engineering and building regulations
  5. Familiarity with the Housing Construction and Regeneration Act
  6. Experience with MCIOB or MRICS is desirable

This role is paid at a daily rate of £350-£400 inside IR35.
