About Us:
Our client is a leading main contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment projects across Westminster. With a strong reputation and excellent staff retention rates, they offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage social housing refurbishment projects valued between £500k - £2m. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with construction law and regulations

Requirements:
• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience working on public sector contracts
• Strong knowledge of construction law and regulations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
To £55,000 + car allowance + benefits package. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
