About the Role:

  • Manage 1-2 social housing refurbishment projects with budgets between £500k - £2m.
  • Report to a Commercial Manager and work closely with the project team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial experience.
  • Previous experience in public sector refurbishment projects is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
