Commercial Quantity Surveyor Position

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on an immediate 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will work on a large residential scheme in South West London, assisting the project team with a team of surveyors reporting into a Managing Surveyor.
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth within the company.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working on commercial projects as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably for leading construction companies. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
Responsibilities will include assisting with project planning, budgeting, and risk management, as well as ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
