Job Title: Healthcare Attorney

Location: London

Salary: £255 per day, equivalent to approximately £66,470 per annum.

We are seeking a highly qualified Healthcare Attorney to join our team in the Public Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services in the healthcare and welfare sector, specifically advising on cases in the Court of Protection.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in litigation and be committed to delivering excellent service while promoting access to justice for vulnerable individuals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage complex cases involving healthcare and welfare issues.
• Oversee a caseload of both welfare and serious medical treatment cases.
• Provide guidance and supervision to non-legally trained case managers.
• Leverage expertise in civil litigation practice and procedure to drive results.
