At EngineeringUK, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our local residents by delivering innovative housing projects. As a Void Work Operations Officer in our Temporary Accommodation Affordable Housing Team, you will play an integral role in enhancing living standards in Westminster.
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong project management skills and financial expertise to support the Building Inspector in confirming and signing-off on building works, and conducting site visits. You will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver impactful and highly innovative housing projects that enhance the lives of our local residents.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your Excel and Power BI capabilities as you create project schedules and budget tracking processes, build and maintain financial models, and ensure deadlines are being met. You will also be tasked with maintaining rigorous health and safety standards, helping us comply with relevant regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful housing projects that ultimately make a real difference to our local communities.

About You:
We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who is comfortable working to tight deadlines and enjoys partnering with a wide range of stakeholders. If you have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of managing multiple projects, and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives, we would love to hear from you. At EngineeringUK, we value diversity and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
