Job Description:

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking an Operative Scheduler for Social Housing to join our team at Maida Vale. This full-time role involves working 40 hours per week and requires strong planning and coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to meet our contractual Service Level Agreements. This will involve resolving complex issues and ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in scheduling/planning within a Social Housing or Contractor repairs environment. You should also have competent communication skills, basic building maintenance knowledge, and planning expertise. Additionally, you will require good written and verbal English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A competitive salary of approximately £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate. Our company also provides a range of benefits, including enhanced pension plan, healthcare cash plan, life assurance, and accident cover.
