
Housing Needs Specialist

iPeople Solutions seeks a dedicated professional for the position of Homelessness Prevention Officer in London. As a member of our Housing Needs Team, you will collaborate closely with project officers and the Homelessness Prevention Lead to support homelessness prevention projects.
Your key responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders and individuals with lived experience of homelessness and housing need, as well as tracking housing outcomes for high-priority cases as delegated. You will also maintain a strong understanding of the homelessness sector and the role of Local Authorities.
To succeed in this role, you will require previous project-based experience in the public sector and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A salary of £28,000 per annum is on offer, along with 36 hours of work per week, Monday – Friday, with hybrid working available.
