Customer Service Scheduling Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. This role is based in our office at Maida Vale and involves working full-time, 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to ensure that our contractual Service Level Agreements are met. This will involve liaising with residents using various communication methods, including telephony and email, to instil confidence and resolve complex issues.
To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in scheduling/planning within a Social Housing or Contractor repairs environment. You should also have competent communication skills and basic building maintenance knowledge. Additionally, you will require planning knowledge of what works can be sequenced or undertaken concurrently, as well as good written and verbal English skills.
