We are looking for a highly motivated Student Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in Kidderminster. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH/ASC needs to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with their learning and wellbeing
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging educational activities
  • Support pupils to develop independence and self-confidence
  • Assist with care needs and behaviour management

Requirements
  • Level 2 award in Support work in schools or equivalent
  • GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above qualification
  • Safeguarding knowledge and experience working with pupils with SEN or SEMH/ASD
  • Ability to form positive relationships with students and staff
