**What you’ll be doing as a Scheduling Planner**:
The mission for the scheduling department is to plan and schedule all engineers as effectively as possible - maximising productivity and efficiency within capacity of the engineers to install Solar panels on new build houses around the UK.

You will be working to KPIs and responding to call offs within an agreed time and following a confirmation process to schedule all works within mínimal disruption.

You will use route planning and utilising in-house software to calculate driving distances, engineer capacity and achieve the minimum production performance every day and week so that our engineers are given consistently productive work with mínimal driving.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
+ Taking inbound calls from field team members/site managers and record all in-day issues
+ Creating and running jeopardy reports
+ Liaising with other departments and working on a solution to every issue
+ Following up on all jobs within 24 hours of a planned visit
+ Working for the good of the team
+ Working in an open and honest environment with high standards

**About You**:
+ Excellent communication skills and building relationships with multiple site managers and field team members
+ Good knowledge of UK geography and route planning
+ Giving your best and always being positive
+ Motivated and constantly looking of ways to do things better
+ Flexibility with working hours
+ Experience in high volume call handling - inbound and outbound calls
+ A keen eye for detail
+ Experience in creating reports using Microsoft Excel
+ Experience working with all Microsoft programmes and ERP systems
+ Experience in Netsuite/Fieldaware is an advantage
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work efficiently, accurately and consistently
