Senior Contracts Coordinator

About the Role
">We are looking for a skilled Senior Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Peak Safety Services Limited. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning projects, ensuring they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the scheme without delays. A Full Clean driving licence is essential as frequent travel will be required for this role.

- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the procurement and reconciliation of materials, ensuring compliance with Company procedures to best value and prevent delays.
- Oversee site team compliance with Company commercial policies and procedures, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Develop and monitor a commercial plan and end of life forecast, guaranteeing the successful commercial delivery of projects.
- Implement and review the risk management process, ensuring accurate risk registers and effective risk controls.
- Conduct regular reviews of CVRs with project teams, implementing necessary actions to maintain project momentum.
- Distribute the Contract Initiation/Completion form for each project, ensuring timely completion and initiation.
- Conduct weekly reviews of project progress, budget resources, and forward planning, maintaining lookahead programmes to ensure timely completion.
- Manage temporary and permanent design effectively, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Set high standards of leadership, promoting HS&E procedures and best practices, ensuring compliance with Company procedures and legal obligations.
- Assign HS&E responsibilities and duties to site personnel, providing necessary training and ensuring understanding.
- Maintain and manage construction sites and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to Barhale's procedures and processes.
- Liaise with third-party stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in tendering processes, contributing to programme development, methodologies, quality submissions, and post-tender interviews.
- Implement Environmental and Health & Safety Management procedures.
- Develop the Risk Register, identifying mitigation measures and implementing them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Planner to develop Contract Programmes, Construction Programmes, and methodologies, communicating with site management.
About You:
">To excel in this position, you must possess extensive experience in a similar role within the construction industry and demonstrate exceptional management and leadership skills. A Full Clean driving licence is mandatory, and flexibility with working hours is preferred.
The estimated salary for this Senior Contracts Coordinator role is £42,500 per annum.
