About the Job

Venn Group has a vacancy for a Surveyor and Maintenance Coordinator in Worcestershire. This role involves overseeing various construction projects, including feasibility studies, stock condition surveys, and contractor management.

Salary: £38,223 - £42,403 per annum

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out pre- and post-inspections of void properties and prepare detailed schedules of works for contractors.
  • Assist in identifying properties requiring future maintenance programs, including carrying out stock condition surveys.
  • Compile information to assist with specification preparation and contract document creation.
  • Supervise contractors to ensure effective delivery of work and efficient contract management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • HNC or professional qualification in building construction related field, plus 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and develop policies and procedures.
