Surveyor and Maintenance Coordinator

Venn Group has a vacancy for a Surveyor and Maintenance Coordinator in Worcestershire. This role involves overseeing various construction projects, including feasibility studies, stock condition surveys, and contractor management.
Salary: £38,223 - £42,403 per annum
Main Responsibilities- Carry out pre- and post-inspections of void properties and prepare detailed schedules of works for contractors.
- Assist in identifying properties requiring future maintenance programs, including carrying out stock condition surveys.
- Compile information to assist with specification preparation and contract document creation.
- Supervise contractors to ensure effective delivery of work and efficient contract management.
- HNC or professional qualification in building construction related field, plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and develop policies and procedures.
