About the Role:

Main Tasks:

  • Deliver high-quality technical services to ensure safe and efficient delivery of planned investment works.
  • Work closely with the Asset Manager to inspect and assess construction sites, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Verify property data accuracy for the Asset Management Database.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects, such as Decent Homes investment programmes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The annual salary for this position is estimated at £41,164.39, based on national averages for similar roles in the UK.
