About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to join our dynamic Asset Management team at Community Housing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support the safe and effective delivery of Asset Management services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our assets and provide excellent service to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration and be able to effectively manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,425 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Management: You will be responsible for managing multiple contracts, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
  2. Asset Administration: You will work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of asset-related services.
  3. Communication: You will maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of contract administration principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
