Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals in Kidderminster. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate project budgets.
  • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure they align with approved budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing.
  • Review and update project costs as construction work progresses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
