Building Compliance Support Specialist

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000. We are seeking a conscientious and organised individual to provide exceptional support to the Building Compliance Team.
About Community Housing LTD:
We are a social business that manages around 6000 homes. Our goal is to help people thrive and live independently in their affordable homes managed by a caring landlord.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor remedial works and verify records and certification on the asset management system.
- Liaise with external contractors, providing site access and maintaining documentation and evidence of completed works.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Fire, Asbestos and Legionella regulations, as well as housing laws and legislation.
- Flexible approach to working hours and a full UK driving licence.
