Job Description:
CV Library is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Compliance Advisor - Building Safety Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all building safety and compliance requirements are met.

About the Job:
This role requires an individual who has a strong understanding of building safety and compliance regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programmed works, communicating with authorities, and providing technical support and advice to colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure all building safety and compliance requirements are met.
2. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with building safety regulations.
3. Communicate with authorities and stakeholders to ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
4. Provide technical support and advice to colleagues on building safety and compliance matters.
5. Monitor and manage budgets for programmed works.
6. Lead on internal compliance projects as required.
7. Carry out effective management and administration of compliance contracts.
8. Maintain overall health and safety responsibility and legislative compliance for all activities.
9. Record and monitor compliance activities within the asset management system.

Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of building safety and compliance regulations.
2. Proven track record of delivering compliance programmes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good standards of general education (GCSE Maths and English).

Salary Information:
The salary for this role is approximately £38,954 per annum.
