Senior Compliance Specialist for Social Housing

About the Role- We are looking for someone with experience in leading contractor meetings and ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as supporting the Compliance Manager with daily tasks.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to input data into relevant systems, maintain accurate records, and take minutes during meetings.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. If you have a passion for ensuring regulatory compliance in social housing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities- Experience working with big 6 compliance principles is essential, as well as social housing experience preferably with Legionella, Asbestos, and Fire expertise.
