As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise on cyclical, major work and planned investment programmes.
You will work closely with the Asset Manager to develop and implement asset management strategies that meet business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining asset management plans
- Coordinating cyclical works and planned maintenance
- Providing expert advice on asset management best practices
