Salary Range: £38,223 - £42,403 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough investigations into property condition and recommend remedial works.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for effective contractor management and performance monitoring.
  3. Compile detailed reports on project progress and expenditure.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to address customer complaints and resolve issues.
Essential Skills
  • Degree-level qualification in building construction or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on budgeting and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
