**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Building Surveyor to join our team at Venn Group. As an Asset Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property maintenance programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough stock condition surveys to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with contractors to deliver high-quality work while adhering to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate financial and statistical records, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • Hold a relevant HNC or professional qualification, accompanied by 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
