Salary: £13.74 per hour

About the Role:

  • Configure Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet PC's to meet customer needs.
  • Asset tag and record customer-specific data with precision.
  • Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they're running smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily goals and provide support where needed.
  • Train other team members to maintain high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer assembly.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Familiarity with Android/iOS mobile Operating Systems is a plus.
  • Certification in Configuring Windows 10 (Microsoft 70-697).
  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
