This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your career within the smoke and ventilation industry. As a Construction Quantity Manager, you would be required to manage costs associated with multiple projects across the organisation whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
  • Certify Subcontractor and supplier payments in accordance with contract terms
  • Assess and agree on variations and change orders with clients and subcontractors
  • Produce and send applications for payment to clients
  • Provide financial input and support to projects teams
  • Attend site meetings to monitor progress and address commercial concerns
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, industry standards and regulations
  • Maintain detailed records of all commercial activities and prepare regular reports for senior management
Key Experience / Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Mechanical and Electrical sector
  • Excellent understanding of contract law and standard forms of contract

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependant on skills, experience, and qualifications.
