Construction Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kidderminster. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Perform site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and review contracts, tenders, and proposals.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as quantity surveying or construction management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software.
